more new yarn and a jaywalker

So I got some more new yarn from swap bot today very nice. I also finished the first of tay's jalwakers.

So I finished my circle socks using groovy gryffendor. They knitted up so amazingly I cant wait to send them off to my swap buddy. I am going to be buying more yarn from her that is for sure she has amazing quality.

Again I need to mention that the colors are way better then this picture does for them since I am still taking pictures with my cell phone.

I am about to cast on Jaywalkers using Slytherin yarn from
selana. This yarn is great looking to and has large sections of colors. There ones are for Tagge he picked the pattern so we shall see what happens.

swap alot

So I did a quick swap count today and I am in 18 on swap bot and three on Ravelry man these things are addicting.
I am currently amassing a huge amount of sock yarn which I am hiding in a brown paper bag like someone with a drinking problem or something. I mean can you ever really have a yarn hording problem. oh my am i a horder... next thing you know i will be a divorcee with 20 cats..
Agenda for tomorrow I need to get yarn for 2 to three swap partners- one needs a pattern
Also yarn for my bag for hogwarts swap and then i am golden

So I started a new sock yarn swap. Theme April Showers... any yarn that makes you think about early spring yarn. Growing up in New England I look forward to the early spring rain because it means winter is ending. I would like to note this swap bot stuff is addictive ....

So I just bought 7 little cans of paint on ebay what the heck is wrong with me. I am about to have more sock yarn then I can ever possible use.

The socks I am working on are looking good. I dont think i am going to knit socks for a swap again i wanna keep them. I really like this pattern as I was quickly able to set it in my brain
